Aims of the course
Course objective is to familiarize the students in recent theoretical and empirical developments in financial statement analysis, covering the following main topics:
- Earnings and security prices
- Valuation-relevant information beyond earnings
- Valuation
- Investment strategies
- Selection of accounting methods
- Earnings revision
